COMMON CITY REQUIREMENTS
Some cities may require additional items not in our plans package such as…
Foundation Plan – Will require a soil test and engineer design.
Engineer/Architect stamp – Can be done at an additional price.
Mechanical Plan – Can be done by an HVAC company in local area.
Truss Packages – Structural detail package needed for roof and walls.
Materials List – Complete list of materials needed to build the house.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
With our plans you will recieve 4 sets of prints and a PDF of the set. The PDF can be sent to contractors for bids and the paper sets can be sent in to city for permit review.
